Refunds & Rules

This page provides a general rules and refund framework for future events, fundraiser registrations, ticketing, or department-related public activities promoted through this website.

General Rules
Participation in any department fundraiser, event, raffle, or public program may be subject to specific posted rules.
Eligibility, age requirements, and participation restrictions may vary depending on the event type and applicable law.
The department reserves the right to update event information, schedules, availability, or participation terms when necessary.
Refund Guidance
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or campaign, all payments may be considered final.
If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or materially changed, any refund or credit option will be communicated through the applicable event details.
Third-party processing fees, service charges, or transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Future Online Ticketing or Donation Features
If the department later adds online payments, ticketing, or registration tools, additional event-specific rules may be published here or on the relevant campaign page.

Questions
Questions about future event rules or refund policies should be directed through the department's public communication channels.
